At Spirit Jersey, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original mailer or a similar protective envelope, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
